stage2, you caught up to me fast yesterday. Didn't know if the lights were gonna cooperate!
I registered here months ago, but haven't posted anything - would have been mostly questions anyway. I do have a service horror story to tell when I get around to it tho.
I'm down for a meet sometime. Pretty busy until the end of June. I'll keep my eye on this forum. Even though it's far off, July would be perfect!

So i hear a bunch of "J-Body" guys are heading down from Windsor to Wallaceburg on Saturday afternoon. Any guys wanna cruise down also? I think theres about 10 or so of them going. Should be a good time. I know its kind of a long trip, but the weather is supose to be nice, and it a chance for everyone to meet and have a good time.
Let me know if anyones interested? Here is the link : http://www.j-body.com/community/show...d=1#post359613

hey guys.... i was thinkin of getting some new rims/tires and wanted some input. i really like the whole "star" look that our stockers have and i like the idea of having a machined / colourmatched lip on it. right now im really thinkin of gettin some motegi sp5's in black... i really want 19's but will settle for 18's if i have to since our roads are pretty shitty.
all input it appreciated, thanks
(p.s. i AM also wanting to lower the car, just not sure what setup i wanna run since idk how low i wanna go)

We said we were going to do a BBQ sometime soon. Let's see if we can plan for it. I'm thinking sometime in June.
First things firts, now that Darren can't provide the place, is there anyone here that can?

i'm so happy to say this....i test drove this car yesterday long story short a friend of mine has it
The V10 is the same 5.2L FSI powerplant found in the new Lamorghini LP560-4, albeit detuned to 525 horsepower and 390 pound-feet or torque to keep the R8 out of the Gallardo's territory. But despite being down a bit on grunt, the R8 V10 can still rocket from zero to 62 mph in 3.9 seconds, on its way to a top speed of 196 mph.
