of course, I would get 270HP if I didn't use SAE parameters on the dyno. You basically can make any power you want on the dyno by changing the parameters.

I just want to thank Paul for putting an amazing tune on to my car. The car feels like an entirely new beast. The car will now easily break the tire free in first and second gear, and even has the hp and torque to do so from a second gear roll. In addition, as you can see from the dyno graphs, the thing pulls very hard right up to 7000rpm.

I was also very impressed with both the shop and the professionalism of Paul. We worked for over 5 hours on my vehicle doing R&D, and making sure everything was perfect. There were a few times where the A/F was close but Paul would go back and make it perfect. I was also impressed by the fact that Paul insisted on having my car 100% stock to write his tune, and then go back and make the necessary changes once the CAI was added.

Overall, I am 100% satisfied with this tune. I was amazed at Paul's ability to correct the air fuel ratio and with the gains he was able to achieve, a testament to his ability as a tuner.

I agree. By the time I got out there you'd be getting off work and I work evenings from sunday night till friday morning. That and I would need to know for sure that you could work with an 07 before I made a nine hour trip..lol

You cant change between SAE and STD on a mustang dyno.

These are dynojet converted numbers on our MD, which have proven hundreds of times to be within 5hp of an actual dynojet.

I said at the first post, the numbers may be a bit high, but he gains are gains....I do not really care who has been doing what for how long. We use a totally different tuning method than everyone else.

Unless my tach sensor is off, those are accurate rpm readings.

Come by and we will put the same car on the dyno in front of as many people as you wish stock versus the tune, then with the air box and you will see no dyno numbers were fudged.

I took the highest stock numbers .vs the highest tuned/cai numbers. 3-5 pulls were made to check consistancy, make sure temperatures were within the same perameters

How consistent were the numbers from one pull to the next one? Nice work by the way.

With the stock tune, there was a 1HP difference between the first and second pulls, the second being the highest. The 3rd pull actually lost about 15+whp

With our tune, there was a 1-2whp difference on 4-5 back to back pulls. With our tune the air fuel is consistant, and it runs a lot colder

Why do you think you lost 15 hp on the 3rd pull? Heat?

Look at the graph. Let off at redline, which is 6500. max power was at redline of 6500.

Intense Stage1 only make 235HP and you made 244HP, hmmm?
What were the actual gains from this setup? What did the car dyno stock?

We all know there can be a big variance of stock numbers.....I am simply posting my GAINS..take the final numbers for what you want.

I will not post my logs or my tuning files...sorry

There were no changes to the Dyno parameters during any of the testing. As Paul mentioned the dyno may have been out of calibration but the point is the gains. Look at the base numbers compared to the final numbers.

The dyno was consistent for the pulls with variations of maybe 1-2 hp.
Even if the numbers are a bit high, the gains are relaible.

how about you come to TAG and we'll put the car on the dyno as our results have been closer to dyno runs from all over North America.

I've never seen rmps going that high after letting off. I could post some log file to show you if you like.

I let off at 6500, the car did not go PAST 6500, which is redline. It LOOKS like it carries past that on the drop down as that is how the MD software draws the lines

I am not trying to post the final numbers so I could care less about what it makes total on someone else's dyno. I am posting the gains. over 12rwhp with just a tune.

If your stock run has a lot of knock you might have been making 190HP and with the tuning after fixing the knock you could have been making 210HP, keeping in mind the dyno is not accurate as miester stated "I said at the first post, the numbers may be a bit high, but he gains are gains"

There was 0 knock during a stock pull with the 94 in the tank and colder plugs and 0 knock with my tune.

I am not trying to claim we make the higest hp, I am simply showing the gains. The dyno is accurate, but I have not done enough STOCK cobalts to verify how accurate this car is. Everyone has seen huge differences in stock trim
