My Q's:
What RPM did injectors hit 100% duty?
What's the VE flow top end?

Also a little heads up, the car follows a different route on the timing table on the street due to the increase in flow. So I would recommend some street tuning.
The answers you want:

#1 They injectors did not hit 100% duty cycle. There is still room left with the 2.85. If the injectors would have hit 100%, you would have seen the air fuel start to drift lean.
#2 I need to pull up my LOG for VE as I am not at the shop and dont remember.

This is the reason I tune on a LOADED mustang dyno NOT a Dynojet, as it simulates actual load as one would have on the street so it is the same as tuning on the street.

not talking about load, I'm talking about air flow, which you get a lot more on the road even if you have a huge fan infront. Your increase in flow results in a different section of the advance table to be followed, at least that was the case with my tune.

Its ok, you can tune how you tune and I will tune how I tune. My fan and loaded dyno simulate everything I need with the tuning methods I am using. This is not the first car I have tuned

My way obviouslly seems to be working just fine

Did you also know, as the air density changes your VE table will change....My tunes also accomodate for air density changes!

yes I did....by accomodate you mean copy, paste down the flow axis at the same rpm? so you get the same advance as the density/flow slightly changes.

We don't need to get into the details, I'll just wait till the next track meet.

To make it fair I should drive both cars, that way it is a completely level comparo.

Oh wait Turbo, my bad

There was one that had it when I was at the track, he had crazy power off the line, but couldn't hook. Still if I remember correctly he ran 12's. Know who I'm talking about? it was black

I know a Cobra guy with the same setup as you make 970WHP on TAG's dyno, you willing to race him?

His name is Sal. It is a COG pulley, not a special belt.

He was on a Street Tire, making over 450RWTQ at 1500+RPM. Just like cobalt's, a GOOD tire is needed or there is no point in having any more power than stock.

Sure, why not. Its like me racing you in your cobalt. A loss is a loss, as a win is a win. There is always someone faster than the someone else.

Anyway, if you want to talk more, find me on MSN or PM me...this thread is getting off topic
