Kyle.. You argument would have been good but let me verify some stuff...

First Quotation

It doesn't make me a hyporicate because I know it was wrong to have dark tint but didn't do anything.. I am not saying it's wrong for people to know something is wrong and still do it.. I say cops are hyporicates because they think they are above the law and because they give tickets for speeding but they do it themselves.. Well then either done give the tickets or be a good cop and don't speed

Second Quote

I wasn't complaining orginally about the sistuation.. It's when said how could you complain.. So I said well here is some reason why you COULD complain.. Not why I am complaining..

Third Quote

I was asking people because I just wanted to see if it was still true or not. Doesn't mean I was going to use it in court.. Besides what does it matter if I did.. Who cares I get a ticket drop and I win.. Why would I care if I asked that question, if it helps me then why not.. But like I said it's north worth my time fighting it..

I talked to a cop today (he is in my physio).. He is a tactical cop for Peel, so he doesn't know the HTA that good but, He said that they only throw out tickets if the Date and Time is wrong.. Not anything else like your name or anything.. Also I wouldnt have fought this ticket anywaz.. Like I said from the start I would have just ended up going to the JP and getting them to lower the ticket and pay it.. Why you ask.. Well because 1 this kind of tickets doesn't go against you licence.. So when you get a abstract it doesn't show up cause it's not really a driving infraction or "real" safety issue".. And I would loose a whole days work for a ticket that in the end will end up costing me $60.. Not worth it to fight these tickets.. I just always pay them (I used to get them in my Beretta alot cause of muffler and stuff)

And Kyle.. No the tint isn't coming off the car, cause this ticket comes like 20months into owning the car and tint.. So I am not to worried, but if I start getting harrassed alot or getting more tickets.. Then I will take it off for sure.. But right now.. I will keeping chancing it..

...well I guess if you rolled the dice and lost..why not try again eh? And you're correct. this is not a moving violation, so it will not affect your abstract..

Anyways, good luck.

P.S. I still won..

Then again, I "took care of" my wife last night and an entirely different scenerio ensued.

Maybe he wants to F the cop?
