OTTAWA!!!

Call Of Duty 4.
The last one was a blast, Everyone had a great time. We have one every two months so I figured I would post it up early so people can make plans.
Hope this is convenient for everyone.
Hate LAG, bored of not knowing the person you just knifed?
I have spare computers for those who don't have but want to play...
I will clearly post now for the record that food is SUPPLIED, because one of you last time felt that he had to bring Tupperware with leftovers.. WTF??
Some shots of last time...
Here is a deal that PC Cyber came up with if you want to play on your own rig.
It is pure function with no bling...
Ask me soon and I can get you playing on your own PC at 90 Frames per second at Maximum Settings...No Chopping
On Board 5.1
On Board Lan

just out of curiosity, how well could my rig run CoD? i've played Crysis online at an average FPS of 35, at mostly "very high" settings...but now and again it dips into unplayable rates (too many guys on screen at the same time blowing **** up)
but I only play CoD on the 360, and have considered getting it on the PC just to see what it's like.
Vista Ultimate 32-bit
Core 2 Duo 6600 @ 2.4Ghz
4GB PC-6400 800 MHz DDR2
Soundblaster X-FI audio
nVidia Geforce 8800 GTX
WD Raptor 74GB 10k RPM SATA 3.0g/b HDD (gaming drive)
250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0g/b
Dell 20.1" 2007FP Digital flat panel display
some minor system tuning (minor to mild performance increase, extremely stable)

COD4 on the PC with an 8800GTX will run FLAT OUT 85 FPS or Better on Maximum Settings. (Your PC Is High End for this game)
Crysis is simply a Computer Killer... I don't know what they were thinking.
RUN OUT AND BUY COD4 for PC!!!!

Upgraded the Dedicated Lan Server. **** Simple 1337!
It's now an AMD 4000+ with 1 Gb of Ram and a 80GB HDD.
The funny thing is that this computer is never used except for our Lan parties...
It has an OS, Drivers and COD4...

I take EVERYTHING Seriously
So here are some more shots of what is set up so far.. Basically, the Blue and Red rooms don't have tables set up yet, the red room will host three six foot tables and six people.. The Blue area will have at least six six foot tables so 12 people (Hence the Extra Power Install)
Thanks again to PC-Cyber for the help with a killer network.

^^^ You still have time... Pack up your Rig and get moving NORTH!
Starting to get ready, Here is a shot of the Net and the Game Server. Right in the middle so everyone has a similar ping..
I made up ten more 25 Foot Cat-5 and ten 50 Foot Cat-5 as spares also..
