Gateway Chev Tech Session, Had Car on the Dyno Today with pics!

Hey guys, the Service Manager at Gateway chev called me a few days ago and asked me if I would display my car at the Gateway / Corvette tech session today. I happily agreed and got some good kickbacks and 3 free dyno pulls. They wanted to promote the dealer as a "performance dealership) as they did all the work on my 06 SS/SC

This dyno was amazing, Every single pull it was withing like .5 HP of eachother. They attach the dyno machine right to the wheels. The guy after me at a Twin Turbo C6 vette and put down 580 RWHP

Anyways, here are some pics.

If anyone is wondering it put down 225 at the wheels with my mods...

Pics!

WTF kinda of dyno is that? You have to take your wheels off to run? You miss the final gearing of the wheels. Doesn't seem right to me, should be putting down more like 240ish to the wheels, they almost dyno that stock.

Ok I guess I am not that up with the times but I thought a stage II cobalt does like 241 at the crank? So how is it possible to get 240 at the wheels?

Ok, when GM says the CObalt SS/SC comes with 205 HP stock, they are definitely talking about at the crank, thats documented everywhere. If stage 2 is worth 40 something HP, that makes it 240 SOMETHING at the Crank. Can someome prove me wrong on that????? taking in the drivetrain loss, as far as I can see, 225 Wheel HP is about right. Unless I am completely uninformed? Its pretty simple math..

Here is another post I found from member "VitaminC" Same results as me pretty much with Stage II. So I am not sure where you guys are getting your info.... I quote "I have the stage 2 and my dyno show I was high end rich on fuel. I dyno'd before and after and my WHP before was 207 and after was 227 WHP. I would have to get my dyno sheets from the garage to tell you torque but I think it increased about 25 lbs. I also gained 500 more rpm and 3 psi on my supercharger which I guess is a bit more than the usual 2 lbs...
"

Another example....

Same as me, so again...I have seen enough to believe now....
