Basically you nls from 1-2 and you get tire spin followed by traction control interference. I think that is where the killer is. And a 2-3 shift doesn't make up for the 1-2 shift being bad. I suppose you could always try nls from 2-3 only and on highway runs you may be doing 3-4 shift as well. (If I use 4th gear at the track it's for like 1/4 second.
I gain no mph by shifting into 4th gear making it a waste if time. My ets are the same either way. More power could help with this lol.

I could see a bigger gain with a stock ss tc as you don't usually spin the tires on the 1-2 shift very badly. And guaranteed you won't on the 2-3 shift.

More power than stock and your just pushing your luck anyway.

If I were to I would surely get a better tune as well haha.
We are just talking stock anyway. I wouldn't reccomend nls while tuned

Of course HPT is your best bet. money and time will need to be invested.
Trifecta is cheap and fast.
After getting the hurst STS the car does feel much better however it still does not shift as nice as hoped for. Maybe the BPS will be better.
I still think you should check your roll pin it literally takes 5 seconds Bring it to my work and I can check if you want

And Dustin if I go back to Gimli it will be with meth and a HPT
Not if. When

I want to try your 60"s first just to make sure. After that I will maybe try that PCM swap you suggested. I still need to do a leak down test too, did you ever ask your buddy about that? I have 500 KM's to go until I reach the 100,000 KM mark I am also tinkering with the idea of the head gasket too, but not right away. I am running out of ideas as to what the knock might be.

Been going to the gym since January. Probably one of the best decisions I've made. I'm loving it. But it's hard for me to put on weight cause of my body type. 6' tall and 152ish lbs. I'm way stronger but still skinny.

I am doing Kickboxing 5 days a week now. Plus jogging after class. Does not leave much time for anything else doing all that after a 10 hour work day. I sleep work and train. But exactly 3 months to go until my first fight.

Diet is the hardest part. It's all about convenience and it sucks. I'm also way too Menno and have trouble paying for water. Lol.

Yes I asked my buddy about it and repiled to you and said I'm not doing it in the dead of winter remember. What would your head gasket have to do with knock?

Oh yeah ok I forgot sorry so much **** going on. Lets get your car going first then we can look at mine. As for the gasket, has nothing to do with knock just age of the motor, more a random thought the leakdown would help determine the nessesity of doing it.

If you did want to bulk up be prepared to eat more than you could possibly think of lol. Like eat every day till you want to puke.

I eat 6 meals a day and it works great to stay lean. I would love to bulk up a bit but would go broke doing it haha.

A head gasket either leaks or it doesn't. If it was leaking or needed to be replaced you would be burning coolant.
