24 psi is all you need on the k04!

But I guess you can judge that from what you see while tuning!

I got my zzp bov and charge pipe, but.... looks like the charge pipe was a little squished before painting so I may have to have that replaced. unless its supposed to look like that.

Well took off the valve cover and this is what i found. Looks like the timing chain guide broke and the bolt came out. I wonder if this is my knock issue? DDP Is gonna make a house call sunday to assist in pulling off the timing cover. In the mean time Cobalt down!

Then those delicious burgers we had! Can't remember where we got em from lol. Mountain Dew fer dayz! Merica. Is. Mountain Dew.

I just busted out laughing at work **** is that funny!!! Those were good times (besides the blown motor). Five Guys Burgers and Fries is what we ate one time, but we ate burgers somewhere else too, but I don't remember where. And oddly enough I couldn't tell you the last time I had a Mountain Dew...my Merican'ness is slipping!

Tuned that LNF on E85 last night. 24-25psi and all the basic bolt ons + fuel lobe cam. I had high expectations, and I would say it surpassed them! It is such a fun well balanced car that pulls strong up top as well. I know this is the ricer way, but the LNF guys love to compare 60-100 times. With both of us in there and a full tank, starting right at 58mph or so we were doing 60-100 in 4.4 seconds.

Hey Tom
I was just wondering what all you needed for parts when you threw on the ZFR
Ill take those 3 coolant seals off you, what else do i need?
-Turbo to manofold gasket
-Manofold to engine gasket (if the turbo is too tight to just bolt on)

what else did you need?

Good to hear man! You gotta be excited.

We got a friend's car back together the other day too. He broke a plug and took out a valve and seat, so he got a new head and we put it on. I got off work at 5 Saturday and we got things ready. The car didn't have a head on it at 6pm and we started it up at midnight and he got fuel and drove it home that night. We were in the zone lol.
