Note to self, buy Mobil 1 when it's on sale BEFORE you need an oil change. $91 for 6.4 liters. **** me.
Walmart sells 5 quarts for $27.

Yeah the 5 qt jugs here at Walmart are like $27 or so, then the additional quarts are like $7 per. Even my amsoil is only about $8.40 per quart shipped from a guy I know. I should start smuggling oil up there lol

The cars here are absolutely amazing.
In the last two days I have seen
3 mercialego some was a super legera
3 r8 v10 spyders
A mclarren mp4
A new Mercedes gull wing
About 100 porches of varying vintage. Not a single 911.... I don't understand lol
anyone who isn't driving a 100k+ sports car is still driving an x5 or a q5 at the very least or massive Mercedes and audis. Nothing more then a year old.

And like 60% of the ricers here drive frs
Not fart can Hondas. It's pretty sick.

And a mclaren f1 which is easily the rarest
Next to the full wing

And about 5 Ferraris
2 f430 a 360 Modena a California
And an Enzo parked in front of the nicest house I have ever seen.

So far been a pretty sick trip even aside from all the sweet cars lol.
And I'm just driving a 5.0 mustang

Ya man lots of moneys out in Vancouver. One time I was in the okanagan valley for a night on a road trip. Tiny little place but so beautiful. Walking to the local pub and all there was parked everywhere was super cars. It was so sweet.

any Manitoba boys interested in a set of stainless toe hooks, I got an extra set I made. they are powell clones made from stainless, cause the normal steel just rusts bad in winter due to salt. just the hooks not the mounting plates or anything. maybe ill do that later.

good luck with your efforts. stainless may not corrode but its weak. we use chromealloy tube to acheive strength...and new hooks are revised to be pc in the inside of the tube as well. rustcheck takes care of the rest.

Lol what. Tube? The flat hook itself , the tube the bolt goes through is stainless only on the hook. And not made from tuning, machined out a stainless hardened shaft so it's pretty strong. I'm gonna see how it holds up, keep originals in car just in case. But mine are rusted so bad, they are pitted and don't look good at all anymore, even with paint. I'm giving my extras away cause I got no use for em. So not trying any compitition John lol .

I think you're one of the few who has tow hooks for their intended purpose

I got one the customer somehow stretched (!) it in the hook, pin still works., welds and tube held etc. I replaced it under warranty. still dont know how that occurred without damage to the car.

Lol I have done that trip many times to Van. Last time I was heading east up the Cokeahalla (sp lol) I came across a 460 Ferrari thirty meters down in a ditch right side up, and a teenager and his gf standing by the side of the road looking stupid. dont fool with your gf driving a ferrari......
