I don't know of any other cobalts rocking a turbo kit except for Dustin. And I e heard of no one ever using an efr on an lsj locally.
There might be a few people flying under the radar but the only other turbo Balts I've heard of were Kevin and a guy with a. 2.4 turbo kit. And some kid who is trying to put a 2.4 turbo in his 2.2 Balt which should prove interesting.


Mostly just a couple of kids with full lsj bolt ons and no cooling mods thinking they are making 350whp

Let's do ricer math.

260hp/16psi=16.25hp/psi
Therefore
30psi*16.25hp=487.5hp

And that's at the wheels. You would be well over 500hp at the flywheel.

So 400hp on 30psi is a conservative trifecta tune.

You, Dustin (slapbet) soon and me are the only ones that are making some decent power around here right now. Like Dustin said there's a few under the wire that I know of but nothing like what we roll.

As for the 2.4 turbo Dustin, I talked to him about the specs of it and it's like a Garret 2861 turbo. It's tiny. Isn't gonna make **** haha.

U guys know the 2.4 makes like 290hp on 8-10 psi right? That's with the turbo Hahn sells in their kit. That motor makes a lot of power on boost. It apperently surprised them.

Pretty sure I know the motor and kit that car came out of. If not I saw one identical on 15psi that made like 255whp. With a trifecta tune.

Most of the pulls I do are out in God's blind spot haha. But ya somewhere discrete

Driving home yesterday I was driving by a silver vette with a black roof/rims/hood/trunk. I believe it was a later model c6.
But damn that thing sounded good. It had the meanest lop at idle I've heard in a modern car. Looked like it had some serious money put into it.

5th I rev limit at 6500rpm dont hold topend boost that well and make tons of torque at 4000rpm

I was saying to Taylor the other day I'm not used to running such low timing with no meth and wish I could jam more in safely for more power. He said "just go with a bigger turbo". The pot has been stirred for a winter project haha .

20% injector duty cycle at red. It's a bigwheel on stock cams and head. I'll bet that I'll put down more torque than you. It's better than stock k04 16psi at red no topend at all

You'll make more torque than me for a very short time. Just like guys who say they made 400wtq on a stock k04. Ya you did for like a seconds then it all falls off.
