I'm gonna order a mini AFC because my MAf scale is maxed so I'll have more adjustability running it. My meth kit may get thrown in with no fail safe if America does end up making his way up here so we can have some fun haha. Then I'll put that aem kit in over the winter.

If you change the number too much the ECU can't make up for it if the meth quits it goes closed loop I think it's called Term2 told me it was in the mid 20s on the LNF I was a couple % under that and I'm running the 625 nozzle on full pump pressure

Ya BUT each shitty calgary winter I've been through (2 so far) I've gone through a pump it just rusted till it seized. I bought a pump condom for it and it's a black condom because of the girth if you wanted to know

I did it there because I didn't like the idea of it taking so long coming all the way from the trunk

Ya I've seized a pump also. The pump does see a little more elements that way. Super clean, far less travel, I'm all about it.

ya I figured it be something like that. I know on the rich side I didn't throw a rich code till -24 ltft. always threw a rich off idle when it hit that.

I believe the one that's on there right now is a 325ml/m whatever that is. that's the biggest one I have at the moment. I found a website that sells all kinds of meth stuff and there is only $8 shipping on anything I ship here, and no duty or anything. must be in Canada or something. got my tubing from there. and just ordered a check valve from there to.

Im actually running a solenoid between the pump and the thank, and I will be running a check valve just behind the nozzle. save a place for one of those aem fail safe flow meter, wanna get that eventually.

You don't need a check valve and solenoid you have the 375cc nozzle that will be "safe" for sure because I didn't hit the limit on my 625cc plus full pressure

I want a check valve because I was thinking, if im not using the system and im in boost, wouldn't the boost pressure push back into the tubing back into the pump and so forth? I know the solenoid stops it from going back into the tank but I just don't like the idea of boost pressure going back into the tubing, so that's why I got a check valve for just behind the nozzle. maybe be not needed but idk just peace of mind lol.

You put the solenoid right before the nozzle and have it powered by the same wire that goes into the pump so when the pump is getting power it opens when it isn't it's closed. That way when you get off the throttle the solenoid will close right away and the pump still spins giving you a rich spike without the solenoid. So when not in used the solenoid is closed so no backflow

I don't mind this, only diff is that if I run mine empty I still got a lot of fluid left in the lines. lol which is fine, I live gavel road, which are sometimes horrible, and I know that the pump would be effed after a while even with a cover. want my stuff to last and stay clean, so trunk was best idea. it works good, once the system is primed and the tube is full of fluid, there is no wait time for fluid to go through lines. and the because of the the length of the line is why im having a check valve behind the nozzle, I don't want the fluid to be pushed back by the boost when its not activated.

according to the snow instructions ur not supposed to put it in front of the pump, its supposed to be between the pump and tank so the fluid doesn't back flow into the tank causing pump to go dry

I orgianally wanted to do it the way u said, but instructions warned not to, idk why, I guess if solenoid fails ull burst the line maybe.

Just have to make sure the solenoid is rated to 300psi+

Ah no I understand , show says u should install this if u are spraying after throttle plate. But if it's in intercooler pipe ur system won't see any vacuum so there won't be any siphon effect. But I still see why this would be a good idea , I should move it. Or get a second one lol

When i don't have my meth spraying (it's on all the time unless pump is broken) it will spray a tiny bit of fluid onto my windshield under full boost since it's pressurizing my washer bottle. So you do need one of the 2 I'd just go with the one solenoid

well why not just put a check valve so it doesn't pressurise ur washer fluid res.
