Well I wouldn't want to drive your car in the rain either I'd prob just turn around and go home. I've done that before in my truck. Have you worked with an AEM stand alone?

I drive it in the rain sometimes because it rains here often, like random storms that just pass, but when its supposed to rain for a couple days straight I let her sit. Mainly just because it means I have to clean it again if it rains

Yeah I've worked with the AEM EMS a few times. Mainly just in an Evo, Supra, and IS300. Not a ton of experience with it though.

I'm interested in it for it's ability to do dual fuels I wanna do 94 and meth on my truck.

Hey can you check out my "what turbo is this" thread maybe you'll have an idea what that thing is

I haven't ever messed with the dual fuel function, but it seems like a cool feature, and the ethanol content tables/monitor would be cool too.

I have no idea what that turbo is though, looks like an old school diesel turbo, would be my best guess.

Whatever turbo it is it's huge. I'm surprised they don't sell more sensors on their site I guess you have to pick up OEM sensors and adapt them if you're doing a custom build. Without E here the dual option is great I'm gonna buy smaller injectors for gas the bring in the larger injectors running meth

Well it's been a year so I can run for FCOTM again. My sister and I went out and did a photo shoot Sunday. Probably the best one we've done yet! She sent me a teaser pic yesterday. Can't wait for the rest.

Yup back to driving my car for a while. So far 94 has been good, no kr on any of the short pulls I've done. But haven't found time to go do some 3rd gear logging. How sad is that? But I've been doing tons of side jobs pulling wrenches in my garage so my meth set up May come sooner than expected .

I really wanna run a tb spacer for my meth but can't find anyone that makes a spacer for the 2.4 tb. Guess I'm gonna have to weld a bung in my charge pipe. Not that I'm opposed to it, it just doesn't look very clean.

To put this meth kit in I would pretty much need to put my winter beater back on the road so I could spend a few days and tear it apart. Or just wait till winter and do it then.

With the pump in the fender it's super easy only a couple hours for the install. Glad to hear 94 is working better for you so far

Oh ya my meth kit would be super easy to put back in. Everything is already drilled in my fender to be put back in. It's just I'd have to pull my charge pipe off and get a bung put in

Can't for sure say it has. Even if it does get rid of the kr I have my car hardly has any timing in it.

Husky 94 FTMFW!!! On co-op 91 I was getting anywhere from 1-4* of KR from 5800 rpm on. Not a single lick of KR on the 94! AFR needs to be a little richer now but must say I'm super impressed with the difference. Either 94 is that good or co-op just really sucks lol. Maybe I can try a little more timing

haha told ya, and I think its both, 94 is awesome and co op sucks. trifecta didn't wanna tune me past 22 psi on co op, they obviously saw something. I really hope shell is better. but whenever I put shell in I saw knock at wot, and didn't with co op. never actually tuned for shell though. im so gonna miss 94. I actually emailed the husky regional manager and complained, and he explained why they are closing out husky, apparently hardly anyone buys gas there and the building is a hazard so they are just shutting it down, he is sending me gift cards due to my loyalty though lol I guess ill get some free gas for my last few fills.

also messaged shell and petro and shell got back to me and said they would discuss it with their regional manager see what they can do, and petro hasn't gotten back to me. so im trying lol

is there a way besides meth that we can mix methanol into our tanks to get 94, or something else? someone must have done this already.

I guess I just won't talk about how I have 2 stations with 94 within 5 mins of my house and one 2 mins from my work. Also back home we had 3 station in my small city with 94
