So you have owned your car since 09 and are just now modding it, and posting on this sight? Op cars are very different car to car. There is no 320-330-340 hp tunes. A tune that may give you 330 on 1 car, may give you 315 on another. Typically guys who want to know for sure, dyno after being tuned especially if you want to know shift point at max hp. It always helps if you do a before and after tune to see how much you pick up. But saying you are 330hp tuned may not be as accurate as you think. Most guys refer to hp as whp because they have dyno'd it on a chassis Dyno and know where they are. Just some info for you.

To late anyway. The cut off to get in on the dyno was the 21st. I have to dyno it on another day as something else has come up.

To be more clear, my guy has the HP tuners module. He would drive my car, log the performance, send the file to his tuner in Alberta and then that guy sends the tune back to my car. Sorry to confuse anyone.

You have to be kidding me.

Can you stop and just listen to what people are trying to tell you? You're delusional and seem to think you understand what you keep regurgitating over and over again.

That 330 number is a slightly educated guess calculated by a program. It's not the same as dyno numbers which also change from dyno to dyno and across the different brands.

I dyno'd at 257whp with my stock TC. It's just not true. It's impossible. For true results you need to dyno before tune and after in the similar conditions.

Stop spreading this nonsense. With your mods you should be around 300whp.

Y r u such a dick dude. I'm going by what my tuner told me who has experience tuning. I'll say it one more time to get it to stick in your head. I'm still learning about stuff like this. When I did pulls with the stock HP it felt fast but there was tons of room for improvement. Now when I floor it in second the wheels smoke. Obviously it's not exactly 330whp but it's quick. Maybe it's 310whp i don't know. I should dyno just for you cuz your so persistent in hating on me. Your username suits you

I just don't like incorrect information to be trumped up like truth. We tried to explain it nicely. Even in other threads.

You're either not smart enough or too stubborn to accept real helpful information. You picked something (e.x. High whp number) essentially made up from thin air and keep on repeating it in thread after thread making you look bad. We're car guys, many of us work in the automotive sector. you can't string together automotive nonsense and think we'll believe you.

Also your "tuner" isn't your tuner. He unlocked your ecu ,helped you data log and flashed a tune from someone else.

You're way too active on the forum to be spreading nonsense. It's bad for the the forum which is already a shell of what it once was.

I've seen the post and yes it did get out of hand but where the misunderstanding came from is there is no way in HP Tuners to tell the exact HP of a car. I will compare 60 to 100 times to other cars I've tuned that have actually dynoed but that even has many variables. The only way to know is to actually dyno but then you car drive down the street hit another dyno with different results. I try to use term like ish and around until I actually hit the rollers. I hope that explains the misunderstanding

I am a stubborn guy tbh but my guy took the car out about 5 times for 15 minutes each and cycled through all the gears. I ended up needing new plugs, a coil pack and turbo block off plate. I don't mean to be spreading nonsense and if there is an admin seeing these please delete some of my bullshit posts as I agree they are not needed.

Is that Chris guy the one who thinks you can log a car twice and a tune is "done" and "perfect"

And then people are replacing engines and transmissions a week later?

Even so you can go to 3 different dynos and get 3 different readings. Dyno numbers don't mean much. Power under the curve is what makes it.

Like a TC with a K04 makes say 300 whp. Well you make that for about a second then it starts to fall off on top because the turbo can't keep up. If you lined up with a 260whp car that makes peak power at redline, it'll end up hanging with or taking down a car with a garbage curve.

Was going to install my separator today to try and get parts boxes out of the way in my room, but it looks like it's going to be a bigger pain in the dick than I thought it was going to.

Went cruising. Drove by the Ikea meet but the girlfriend didn't want to walk around.

Wonder how many weekends we got left?
