don't we all have a factory tint? so does the 120 price to remove it we have to pay as well?

 

Our windows don't have a tint layer on them. They are darkened slightly in the glass itself.

 

oh speedy autoglass told me last summer that i had a tint..lol maybe he wanted more $$ from me...so pics this sunday afternoon any1??

As for the factory tint, Maj is right we don't have a layer of tint that can actually be removed the tint is in the glass itself. However, if I'm not mistaken, the factory tint will affect your light percentage if you are tested. IE a 35% layer of aftermarket tint will actually be less that 35 because of the factory tint.......

PS:
The mesh arrived today After shipping and duty, it's kinda harsh. I'll part it out at $14 per foot, at 39" wide, and that's not making a dime, y'all. Let me know if you want it now, or wait until I sell the complete bolt-on pre-cut mesh. Next time I order it, I'm gonna see if they can use USPS instead of UPS - bastards.....

Yeah, that's why I was having trouble tracking it down. The filter is 3.25" inlet which is hard to find but is the right fit. Easy to find ones are ususally 3 or 3.5". I'll see about Sunday, lol.

In case you guys miss my post in the appearance forum, a guy I know may be making a few custom fiberglass guage pod bezels, like the prototype in the pic below. He won't be mass producing them, but he will be making a few. I'll post more when I know more, that's all I got for now.

 

What will it take to get this puppy mass produced? I'd be in for sure? Pricing? Tell this guy you know that there is some money to be made! LOL
