I was surprised by two different situations with Charger R/T's. both times I was faster just marginally. this is without a complete tune and a 2.8" pulley. There is alot more potential here. bet I am around 13.7 now. with a tune, 2.6 and Intercooler mods I could then get a plate that says "SRT8 KR". That would be really funny as a SRT8 is just up the street from me with a plate that says KNOW IT.

We shall see what the future brings. I want to go to Gimili once and try for times with a 2.8 and 2.6 run. then on to the next stage of tweaking this little car.

well boys, if u ever have a guy with a civic with a h22 (prelude) engine in it wana run...do it and **** ON THEM..lol..i had 2 run's with my friends civic h22 all done up civic with full bolt ons..etc...and from 2nd gear, 1st time i handed him a 1 1/4 car length and then i slowed down before i even shiftd into 3rd gear, next run he said he needed a better launch so i said sure and he launched in 1st gear and i was still in 2nd and we were even for a few seconds about 3 if i remembered and started pulling away as soon as he had to shift into 2nd and then slowed down right away as soon as his front bumper was right @ my back bumper...it was fun oh and he did mention that the new "ricers" oh i mean street racers have turbo's with full bolt ons and no exhaust, just a straight pipe from the turbo to the engine to the exit, no cat no nuthin...just so they can go faster...

oh and i forgot to mention that if you ever do go watch, they will check your ride height, tints, exhaust, under the hood, and give u a ticket for watching now...his supervisor got 1 just for watching so if you ever do decide to go watch, be careful...

 

What year civic was this in? Must have been new like 2000+ because if it was in an EG then you've got yourself a low 14sec car with just the swap. I raced one at the track last year that had I/H/E and he was running 13.7@103 all day long, granted he could drive as well.

 

i dont remember the year of it but from what i remembered last year, the civic last year had intake, exhaust and header but no h22 engine until late summer since it was a basic hatch civic engine before he dropped that into it but at the same time, he took care of the car last year, when i saw him on pembina, man oh man, it was basically like he didnt give a **** about his car no more...could be driver mod too but i aint sure, i always thought he could drive on the streets....maybe i was wrong or maybe im better here then @ the track...which would make sense..haha...

hey pablo, u gotta show me sumtime what the technique is @ the track since driving around here in the city im fine, i go out there this year and im dead..i don't know whats up honestly...
