nice, jeff do you do work on the side or can you get a good price for doing that for me? (fill the holes and remount etc..)

oh and i toyed with a subaru legacy spec B (or spec 8?).. never even knew this car existed. didn't get much room to go but i had the lead for a the short bit we ran. i heard a BOV so it must be turboed.

and i absolutely embarassed a yellow stock ss/sc on the highway, i was merging onto the highway going quite fast and he saw me coming fast and i heard him downshift and go but i kept on the gas and just flew by him

oh and look what came in 3 days,

Nice kill on the Spec B, those things are quick and are sweet cars. Only a few in Winnipeg.

thanks, it seemed very fast, not sure what the outcome would have been had we went from a dig, but the spec b wasn't stock either, it had an aftermarket bov and exhaust (the exhaust sounded really amazing actually)... meanwhile my exahust was in the backseat lol
i'm putting my exahust on tomorrow if its nice enough, as well as new front rotors and break pads.

shift at 6k or 6.2k. ride 3rd out to 7k (by 7k in 3rd I am going way faster than i wanted to.. if i shifted into 4th the temptation would be there to keep going. plus by 200km/h someone should be ahead by enough to "win" if not there is no sense in continuing)

Doing that i get almpost no wheel spin and i am in the start of the torque for 3rd.

check your pm's.

On a side note I would love to dyno my car just to see where torque is highest. I believe it might peek at 5000ish rpm and hold till shifting.? I could be wrong though since I don't pay much attention. Wheels brake loose anywhere after 5k in 2nd gear. Waiting until redline is risky anyway if you are a second to slow you bounce of the limiter.

That most definitely was me! In a hurry? Not so much.. I just drive like I am :P. It's more fun.
Were you headed north down Waverly or something?

Grats on the kill and the exhaust. I'll have to go for a ride in your car so I can hear it when it's installed. I really want to buy one of these, but I'm torn between traction/cooling or exhaust.
