I know I know it's not a Cobalt, but I'm running the car. Just bought C16 race fuel today, 19 liters for $91 talk about a kick in the ass. If anyone cares the car is untouched from last year, but I plan on bumping the boost up to 28-29psi. I would really like to see a 11.4x out of the car and get kicked off the track

Man that's just insane, must be such a rush to run that car at the track and actually feel all that power being put to the ground.

It's quite the difference from street tires. I actually did some testing last night with the G tech and with my bald street tires I was running 13.7's@112MPH. So on the street my car is no faster to 100KM/h than your average Camry

Well I'll for sure tell my GF to watch for your car and get it on video.

And I'll still be running my bald street tires lol. But hopefully I can make a better run than last time.

Neutrino you should come out too and see what you run with all those mods. Even if you're still selling the car it would be a good selling point to say the car ran 12's or 13's or whatever.

G tech Pro RR, it's actually not mine but I'm in charge of using it hehe so it stays with me

It's very accurate, I will run it at the track to see what my 0-100km/h is on slicks.

Lets all guess.. And the winner gets your car. Sounds good?

Okay my guess is 3.76 seconds to 100

Haaaaaalp! Does anyone know where I can get an in-line wire tap? (Rich, I'm lookin at you )
I'm hoping to get my Interceptors fully wired today, since they're only temp installed currently. I need some quality wire taps cause I don't want to start splicing the factory wires...

I'm probably making up a name for it.. so he's a picture!

I got those for my LED resistors. To be honest, if you want something quality, those aren't it. I find they make a lowsy connection and they allow moisture in easily and they also tend to come off under vibration on top of it all. I'd say if you want some though, best place to look would be maaaaaybe Princess Auto? What I would suggest is snipping the factory wires and using a pressure connector or soldering/vaccuum tubing. If I can think of other stores where you can get those taps, I'll let you know.....

Thanks for the input, but right now I'm looking for the best possible solution without having to cut the factory wires. This was the best I could come up with. If they end up not working, I can always go back in and cut the factory wires later.

Hey thought, hope you're settling in okay.......

Do they have a 1/4 track around where you live in Sask? If it rains one more Saturday in Winnipeg I'm gone.

I thought some of the guys were using those "tap-a-fuse" deals... and just tapping a fuse which has power that shuts off with the car? I don't think you would have to cut any wires in that case.

Yeah, there are a few people that are using these, but I really don't think that's the most practical method. There is a power lead right there already (for us SS/SC guys) for the stock boost gauge. I can just tap into that power wire and not have to run any extra wires around behind the dash.

Hey Jeff. I got my subwoofer finally in my car, even after the seats down it wouldnt fit, I had to like sit on the edge of the seat, squish it in, and shove it in... that thing aint coming out :P

Would you be able to possibly wire it up to my amp?? How much would it cost yeah to do that for me?? I got some of the wiring from when it was in my old car still kicking around, would I use that still??

Yea, its SIR, Sask International Raceway. Tyler said they actually prepped it properly this year!
Although, if you haven't noticed, you must drive a short distance on gravel to get to it... Welcome to Sask. Where we have gravel, grain, gravel, and more gravel. Now you know why i have mudflaps on my car?...
