Yah that was JP, I think it was the fact that the SRT4's were running so well and then that Mazdaspeed 3 with an intake and tune ran 13.8 and made it look easy..

Now if pab wants to tell me what colour his rims are i can use mspaint to make it look more authentic.... However this is not his car... his car IS a silver SRT4....

So i am guessing for people who want to see a pic of his car this should do nicely. I also don't remember quite what pab looks like so this picture can fill in until someone gets a better one

seeing alot of tune posts on here. Just my 0.02 cents.

while there has been truthful statements from both sides of the coin - one statement is not true. HPTUNERS does not record AFR without a wideband. WB required to collect info and pass it on to HPT's.

as far as canned tunes vs. custom. CUSTOM TUNES are just that. adjusted and tweeaked for a top end performance. CANNED tune - are just that. done really well to run safely on all cars. it is not the first time that canned tunes have worked you guys. the problem is will someone sell you a custom tune as a canned tune? LOL that would spell disaster.

Also a canned tune cannot beat a custom tune if the custom tune is done well. done poorly it wont be that great. If you get parts that match a canned tune then that would be good but I think HAHN thought of this...LOL

as far as me tuning your car.... LOL. I am a beginner... just leave it at that. I am not the right guy for the job. I didnt blow up my car so I guess that was an accomplishment.

 

Oh ya! Since I forgot to mention this the other night...
On sunday when that Turbo Cobalt came by, I had a sit in those seats.

...I'll be honest, I never thought I would say it.. but they are actually more comfortable for me then my Recaro's. Don't get me wrong, I love my Recaro's, but these seats feel like a refined Version 2.0

The backing is a little softer, and rounded a little to form to the back better. The side bolsters are thick and defined, and feel almost exactly like the Recaro's. The part that really sets the seats appart is in the shoulder area. The new seats have a cutout (not sure if that's the best word to use...) where my shoulders sit, so that I can have a better posture while sitting.

I have always found in the Recaro's, if I sit upright fully, my shoulders push against the bolsters and this causes me to bring my shoulders forward. After long drives, it really really starts to hurt. They have clearly resolved this issue on the new seats.


Anyway... that's my review. I was bored.
