Is it really that nessicary? How would water enter the fender though?
because water is a LIQUID and not a SOLID...
It can get into small places, just imagine the force created and how hard water sprays when a 3000lb vehicles rolls through it...

There For You Can Not Out Storage Ins On A Leased Vechle Cause It Will Not Be Fully Insured If That Makes Sense?
