I saw Nish (HIOFICR) too in his rx-8 the other day. Super nice car and great guy but it sounds like **** IMO lol.

 

Not sure what he did to make it sound like ****. stock hitting 9G's those cars sound like a crotch rocket. they are not fast, barely quick (stock), but I would not turn one away. I am sure it would be fun. wish they came turboed cause they would be just fun with more torque. engineering wonder IMO if you know anything about this car. I considered getting one at one point.

 

why are you selling yours woody?? need the cash? what kind of subs did u get now? u should have got jl's if u didnt get them, we just got them @ work and fucken SWEET...im goin to switch the sub we have in the trunk with 1 of the jl's in may that only has a 3 inch depth and a 7 inch voice coil over and from unique whips and other shows, it's suppose to pound...

about the high's and lows, remember guys we dont get high beams anymore...when you get hids, hids are your new high's...and i got mine still around $100 for bi-xenon's...my friend wants to know who is committed and ill get an response from him within a week about the price and etc but i know it wouldnt be more then $100 @ that...i've got my fog's on order since i light up the street with blueish white and then YELLOW...

tranny update - Just talked to the dealer. they got it apart. they are considering a new transmission now. Holy!! new transmission sounds good. I said get one with LSD and he said LSD in FWD not going to happen. I said GM supplies in a cobalt as an option and he was shocked. Limited in product knowledge most people are on performance cobalts huh

My HID's showed up today, and I don't know what the **** to do with them. They claimed "plug&play" but there are 2 wires I don't have a clue what to do with. It looks like I need to run wires directly to the battery, on top of using the factory wiring harness. Did you have to do this???

I doesn't understands the instruction, they tells me "Do not stare at he light directly;otherwise the unprotected eyes will be bumed."

Are you linking to the image from the thumbnail?
Here's what I do when I wanna link a specific image. Go to the page that has the full size image, right click on it and go to Properties. Should give you a part that says "Address (URL)" followed by a big long line starting with "http://". I tripple click on that long line, and it'll select it all. Copy that line, and put that in the IMG tags on the board.

So... does that mean you're getting one with LSD, or no? lol.

[EDIT]Ook, so I figured it out.. looks to me like the H11 kit I got isn't so plug&play after all. I compared the two kits, and these two wires I didn't know what to do with on the H11 kit are the exact wires that are attached to the factory 9007 male connector end.
It would seem that I'm going to have to do some wiring to get the factory harness attached to that kit.[/EDIT]

 

I think i used juan factory harness to wire it in...im free for most of this week but saturday we move into our new house so i was hoping to be free all day...sunday jeff is coming over and helping me work on my car so if you want to come then we can do that

 

I'll see what I can do, but as of right now I'm working on Sunday.
I'm gonna give the install a shot tomorrow, at least on the one side.
I would have done it today, but I realized it's already 1pm, and I work at 3.
Best not start ripping the car appart if I'm not certain I can get it back together in time.
