sorry to hear that, i just hope autopac doesn't screw you over because it happened in a parking lot, sometimes they like to split the responsibility 50/50 which isn't fair in my opinion. your car looks really nice btw, i don't think i;ve seen a single black one in winnipeg yet, but there must be a couple around
Wow its a good week.. my stage 2 came in and I just ordered it last thursday, thats pretty good shipping from crate engine depot.. AND i was expecting an argument with gm about getting my stock wheels warrantied for flaking paint but I went to the dealership and they said yep we'll fix them on warranty because apparently this is a known problem. sweeet..and its friday.

i took it to vickar, i bought my last 2 new cars there, and i also told them a few helpful (and maybe not so truthful) points such as:
1] I was interested in getting one of the new tc cobalts when they came out (not so true, more wishful thinking) but i figure they might be nicer if they knew i was in the market for another car
2] I had talked to a gm rep and they said they have processed claims similar to mine already (true)
3] I reminded them that they accepted as trade my 2003 cavalier with the same type of aluminum rims which HAD been driven on gravel roads for 3 years but had no chips. (and i'm talking lots of gravel roads, my grandpa lives on a farm near roland) (and it had no mud flaps either)

Vickar is my new dealer now. THey are working on my car right now. likely a new transmission. they have been good to me. other dealers have been knobs and one just careless in addressing my concerns. that is why I switched this last time.
so I will talk to them about my rims. thanks again.

oh and a jam session would be awesome, i've got a 65 watt crate which i lug around, its plenty loud to hear over the drums
my grandpa lives near roland (close to winkler) and we usually go into winkler when we visit him so if it was on a weekend it could've been me

The true reason for this post is..... I have been in contacts with the guy I bought my HID's from, he says that "all kits are designed the same way, and should look the same". This tells me that there shouldn't be two loose wires, since only one kit has them.
He's asked me to send him pictures comparing the two kits, so I've done this. Hopefully I'll figure out the issue, so I won't have to start tapping into other wires to get my "plug&play" kit to work :P
