yah i just hope orion doesn't argue with me.. some people have said our tachs are slow in 1st and 2nd so again today as my final test i tried third gear and same result as 1st & 2nd, it hits dead on at 6450.
btw i saw a pretty nice looking red cobalt parked off of main street in a strip maill near the kildoan park golf course. it was almost hidden in the back but if i see it again i'm gonna drive in and have a look.

No need to have Orion argue, if they give you a hard time, you can have ANY gm dealer fix it under warranty (again, as long as they play by the rules). But if you are at Orion, go through Dale, and tell him Courtney said the flash isn't working on yours. Be nice to him and I'm sure he'll fix it up for yah. Just make sure you have your VIC# still from your stage 2 instruction sheet in case you need to have them reset the file on GM's side of things.
but okay I will try talking nicely to this Dale guy. Is he a service advisor or will they know which Dale if i just ask for him?

yah i'm not happy.. and FYI everyone, I found an OFFICIAL GM publication showing the redline as 7000 so i am taking that with me tommorow morning. I don't have an appoinment because they won't make one for me but i'm gonna show them the publication in person and try to be as nice as I can.

ya thats what i did when they fucked up my car and lied to me about what they have done to my car and me driving it hard and almost blowing my engine and even then i had to sit @ 8 am till 1230 pm waiting for my car to be looked at and then lied to about what they did and no paper work at all telling me what they did until after my car got fixed properly i got the letter in the mail. Like i said they are pathetic for warranty work...so BE CAREFUL...WES AND JP can vouch for me because they heard my car after orion playing with it...

yah their latest response is "we talked to the shop foreman, we talked to everybody and nobody has heard of the rev limiter being raised to 7000" i was initially impressed with the install but things are going downhill fast. i'm hoping the guy Thought mentioned will help me out. I have a call in to him but he didn't sound too happy when I talked to him. (But i was polite as could be)
