Hey Jeff, that driver side headlamp just came in today... it looks in wicked condition... I even think it was an 05 model, so I'm even more pleasantly surprised. Anyway I'm going to pull then lens off of the thing and if you still need the housing and internals just let me know.

I'm going to post those pics I talked about last nite in a bit and let me know if you want to try something similar.

Ok, so here is the hole I had to cut in the housing...


Here is the hole cut in the bezel, behind the turn signal cover...


There is a smaller adapter I am using that is still large enough for the bulb but small enough that it should fit in there better, and this is just a mock up...


The stock bulb holder will be glued into place in this adapter...

 

if he lets anyone else drive it he sure as hell better let his only child drive it

this one was a repo. it went through Birchwood Pontiac for some warrenty stuff. i was interested in it before i picked up my balt.

this is what i did tonight,mounted up the high beam and 3 adjuster in the oem turnsignal area. drilled a hole for the turn signal light to be mounted through a tube as well. mounted a second o.e.m. headlight adjuster to move the projector in and out . the original 1 moves it up and down.












nothing but love kidd , and yes i am an ******* lol

oh and corey... i would love that housing and internals if you can . do you still want this pass lense i have on another housing?

and yeah if you want the housing and internals, they are yours... and not I won't need that lens, thanks though.

 

thanks man, the nice thing about mounting the second adjuster...i can mount the projector in the oem cup and lign it up and make it even.bolt it down and have all the adjustment out of the 2 oem adjusters. adn thats awsome about that drivers headlight,i can probably pick it up wed from you
