New Cobalt Owner

Just got home from my local dealer....Bought a 2008 Cobalt Sport 5 speed in Black with hopefully leather interior....They are looking for one for a dealer trade...I was going to wait and get the SS/TC but with gas prices the way they are I didnt want to buy premium...Plus with insurance being only 20 years old is pretty damn high...Car will be used mainly as a commuter and some weekend fun...

I'm can't wait to pick it up!! Its my first new car...I also got 6 year bumper to bumper warranty....

Great site BTW!!

Yeah I have the 2.4 and I have to use prem as well. I ran 87 for like the first 2 fill ups and well ya it went in the shop. lol. Now I only run 93. I would wait till the TC hits the lot. As far as insurance I am 21 and mine is like 80 a month for full coverage. I got american family with a 500 deduct.

Ya just read that it needs premium to run at its best so I will run premium...

I'll have to search around for insurance....If I pay $400 a month for a Sport I couldnt imagine what it would be for a SS/TC lol....
