I dont know if they have a wieght limit but USPS/Canada Post is the best way because UPS will rape you on brokerage fees
tell him to ship each rim/tire seperate(1-4,2-4,3-4,4-4) with USPS and send it as a GIFT that way you wont have to pay any brokerage just the canadian taxes

Do SS/SC rims fit the SS N/A? May be a stupid question... but I thought our bolt patterns were different...
Oh ya.. and to give you an idea of customs charges... I just picked up my headlights, ETD and GMPP Exhaust from UPS. almost $300 in customs. Declared value I guess was in total around $1000?? So beware, your bum will hurt.. haha

Standard pallet rates for LA - TO is $300-350 + fuel surcharge. Now if you are a volume shipper, or you work for a company that is, you may get better pricing trough Yellow/Roadway Express. You may also have your company/employer make a declaration to Canada Customs on you behalf. If you need any help call me, I'm in Montreal and this is my business. I'll PM you the details.
