Street Racing a Criminal offence?

Just Wannna see what you guys think about this.
Cause in my opinion I fully support the fact that people responsible for killing or seriously injuring innocent motorists should be convicted and sent to jail.
But on the other hand you could just catch a cop on a bad day and with what Harper's trying to legislate, you could go to jail for taking off a little spirited from a light.
I don't need to hear "keep it on the track" Since I already know this. But the fact is street racing occurs quite often and I don't condone it, but do know at least 75% of members on here have participated in some form of racing which could now possibly land you in jail.
