really? how about this i have a 2 ft snow drift in front of the house door.... ya it snowed..... the weather office said 25-35cm...... still actually coming down on and off..... suppose to get more on wed or thur.... then back to +10 by the weekend.

Any one here know what Mods will make a stock cobalt T/C hit the 12 sec. range for quarter mile time? Also, is getting headers and charge pipes worth it? Will they help increase horsepower? They are not cheap and if they only add like 2-5 hp then I'm going to pass.
FIrst off, TC's do not have headers. So thats not going to help you. If you are getting charge pipes, get the charge pipe/intercooler kits available from ZZP/TTR, etc. No point in doing one without the other. As for hitting the 12s range... thats a bit tricky.
You first will have to have full bolt-ons and a pretty aggressive tune to to get the car around ~13.1s. After that, you are looking at a cam swap, full head, or a turbo upgrade. If you dont want to go that expensive, you could realistically get a 12.7-12.9 if you do suspension upgrades, run drag slicks, replace your clutch and axles.... but thats theoretical and probably only on a perfect day.
