Hey Jonathan.... in the trifecta tunes, is it provisioned for a 3bar map sensor? If I swap the stock ones out for the 3bar's, will it be good to go... or do I need a different update?

I'm shareing this, because I'm not sure if you knew, or noticed this;
I saw (for the first time) Megadeth in early 2010;
it was one of few stops on their 20th Ann Rust In Peace tour;
it was so good, that I scoured the Megadeth message boards, and found the best pics from the Calgary, and Edmonton stops - one of those was my FB profile "picture" from about two days after the concert, up until a couple days after I proposed to Jamie ~ and even then, I only changed it so that Jamie's friends & family would know what I looked like, and not mistake a picture of Dave Mustaine as myself...
(ignorant old friends who knew me as a metal head, seriously asked if that picture was me!)

basically the readings are different for vacuum and boost for hte different MAPs and the tune needs to have the correct values input for the car to run right.
When I went GMS1, I did the install myself, then drove to the dealer (maybe three km's away) and had them flash the GMS1 tune to my car.
THe way that I've set up my car - I can go back to 100% stock at pretty much any time - I have my stock tune saved, along with my GMS1 tune, and all my revisional Trifecta tunes...
(plus the CED plug & play GMS1 kit makes things easier)
your car will go in limp mode if you swap the MAPs and drive with ANY boost...

do you deal with the edmonton Trifecta dealer? - or do you have your own cable?
I have a spare that I can lend out (as long as I get a deposit), or if meeting up with me is viable maybe we can get something where I put in the request to Vince for an update for you.
Vice tells me that the stock MAPs are good for somethng like 28psi - so unless you're doing something crazy, you shouldn't need to swap...
But if you do feel the need to swap it looks like the CED pigtail kit is now being sold through ZZP...

Mark, is the big table clearing up for my parts to be laid out on?
I'd like to come over some time and help clean up the shop and organize all my parts and get everything ready to go. It's looking like the build will commence on the April 5-7 weekend.

that would be me
If you'ld like a tune, I'd encourage you to talk to me and have it ordered before uou get here, that way we can get the tune flashed, book a time with Vince to do his virtual-live deal to get a datalog to him, and get him to immediately look at it, and do any required changed for your car.
