Could you guys not post like 50 million videos? My phone can't open and crashed about 10 times and I had to go to the first page of this thread to type this haha.
and it only took 5 hours to change the transfer case on my dads truck. Not to bad. Would've been faster with a lift

First of all, happy Mothers Day everyone!
Good news! I heard my intercooler pump running for the first time today!
The wires were switched up and/or the add-a-fuse was in the wrong position.
I've got it running off the ignition fuse, which is not ideal, but its the only one that I could get the results I wanted. Went for a quick spin, still running a little hot, so I need to improve the coolant flow a little bit.
My interceptor also came in last friday, so when I get that installed, I'll accurately see what my temps are.
I'm thinking about swapping out the old MAP for the brand new one I have, seeing if that makes a difference.

if she's hot, more than 5 psi will result in pig rich AFR, lurching, and zero acceleration.
I'm guessing the knock sensors go nuts and turn back the timing and cut the fuel.
So when I take her out in the morning, shes got one good pull in her, gets hot, and I take it easy after that. Right now its a boosted car without boost.

Sounds like you got issues in the tune. I'm pretty sure that you can't fight heat soak with more fuel, reducing timing is how it does that plus it would do it at any pressure above atmospheric not just above 5 psi. I would get it data logged and looked at because to me it sounds like your going to grenade your motor if it does that when it warms up
