Yea I had boosting issues with mine and was contacted by a guy who rebuilds turbos and he built me a big wheel K04 it's 50x65.9mm. I'm still waiting for the 7163 to come out but this one was cheap and is fun until I it comes out.

Ya big difference from stock pulls all the way to 6500 doesn't drop like the stock one. I need to get a new meth pump mines seized only lasted a year gonna talk to AEM see what they can do. Then I wanna get it on the rollers

My understanding was the biggest a K04 can fit is a 47 mm wheel, did he build a custom housing...?

I tuned one a couple months back it definitely seemed to pull harder.

No he just machined it out. I'll post pics when i get home its a big diff

Don't think I'll had time next days off. Picked up another week in may, getting new tires, doing brakes, putting my trunk lid on, trying to finish up my procharger install, cleaning my house. The list goes on of **** I have to do

I'm shooting for August to have it running on the street. Seems like my weeks home are full in the next few months and I need a few esthetic parts from the states for it to look decent while passing every mustang and cobalt out there lol

The car is still put off til I get my summer warrior running decent. So hopefully this winter ill take the motor to the shop lol

Lack on motivation was the big thing lol. And now I'm tired of looking at the 6 foot box with the big procharger symbol on it. Should be installed by June I hope lol

KB Flat top pistons, edelbrock heads, edelbrock cam, edelbrock intake, walbro 255 pump, hooker long tubes, msd 6AL ignition system, 3 inch dual exhaust, pertronix ignition module, custom chip right now, synergy motor and tranny mounts, 3 bar map, aeromotive VRFPR, tbi fuel pressure regulator block off plate, 1.7 roller rockers, 54mm TB that I took off for the procharger install

So it's a TBI setup? Did you get a bigger TBI or injectors and is a 255lph big enough?? That things gonna go through gas like an alcoholic in a brewery

It goes through gas already. It has 90 lph injectors. With the new program you can tune it like a regular computer controlled car these days. This kit is meant for a completely stock motor

Stock it came with 80's I think. It only has 2 and the regulator is there for making the injectors flow more
