Intercoler went in with the "extended warranty" engine;

Charge pipes were bought some time ago, and are awaiting warmer weather to be installed.

Besides, you saw my stash...
the next part I was on the hunt for was neutral balance shafts...

Oh so you grabbed some NBS for that new engine? Just need studs and a balancer and you're good to go

i don't plan high enough boost pressures to require studs, so those might be overkill, and at this time i don't see the merit in those overpriced balancers...

Studs are prob pretty close to the price of stock bolts

Stock bolts are about $10 a bolt or more. Studs is probably the cheaper bet

Most do;
this is a PITA, but if it's required, and you don't do it, you're better off just using stock replacement bolts.

Just take the valve cover off to retorque them. Just like head bolts but way more better
