Calgary - random talk thread

Not sure how you are but just dont get nervous and quite, most employers like to see that you have the experience but also like to see that you can still just sit down and have a decent bull **** as well with them in the interview ( Shows that you are a people person and that you will get along with others) This also dpends on the job and employer. Good luck either way, hope it turns out for you

hey im learning all about this in my HR class right now! well im learing how to be the interviewer not the interviewee. but basically yeah just be your self, have a good time while being very serious. and make sure you ask questions about the company. that is a must. maybe go over some questions that they might answer so you havea good answer cocked and loaded. like why you think you would be a good fit, about your experience. etc.
as an interviewer, they view you asking questions as positive, my teacher said that if you dont ask any questions that you almost have a zero chance to get the job (which i disagree with)
also maybe reasearch the company so you have some knowedge about what they do and what your specific position willbe like. so you sound educated about it and can ask good questions.
oh, and obvisoly dress nicely. and be 15 mins early.
in my first little paragraph i meant to say maybe go over some questions they might ask you, not questions they might answer.

anybody following that zzp twincharge thread?? its crazy.
for anyone who isnt, some dude got his car ss/sc twincharged by zzp. it was finished today. but basically his car was bone stock before and he spent 7200 (installation/tuning included) bucks for the twincharge kit plus like clutch, exhaust..etc all the esentials needed for a twincharge set up. anyways he payed 7200 for everything installed.
guy was expecting around 400 whp with 3 differnt modes he could switch on the fly (like 250hp for dd, 350 for racing and 400 for ultimate racing..) the guy who owns zzp just posted a final dyno sheet for the car and he only made somthing like 254whp and 238 wtq.
BUT apparently the guy has somthing to tell the site that the owner of zzp wont tell us so we gotta wait till the guy gets home tomorrow morn for him to post and tell everyone why the dyno numbers sucked *****.
any thoughts ahah?
i didnt get the link but just search "zzp twincharge" and the thread is called like "zzp twincharge 2nd customer" or somthing.

the bolts that hold the accelerator on are hard to reach. mostly the one that is way up high and out of the way. you can't fit a ratchet in there so you have to use a wrench a quarter turn at a time.. and then the worst part is the brake and clutch pedal covers, trying to stretch the rubber around to get them to stay on is almost impossible!! not to mention gm couldn't use normal size bolts no they have to be super long and go through the nut and stick out another half an inch
