vb works the front end, scripting and so forth. the back end is a database ran on mySQL, MSSQL, ORACLE, or another solution and chances are the hoster doesn't have the skilled personnel to maintain it properly.

good luck, a year ago i tried to trade in my car and they offered me 12,000 for it and it only had 40,000km on it. Same situation as you so i didnt trade it. Now i could probably trade it and end up with maybe paying a $1000 or $2000. ( then sell all the aftermarket crap and make money most likely), but im happy with my acr- my goal next year is to see low 12's with the car- so going to be a money saving winter and major parts going on the car in the spring. ( Slicks, all other traction mods, lower pulley for TVS and then i might put a 30 or 50 shot on it, axles, and clutch)
and hopefully paint over the winter to touch up blemishes ie: stone chips
