the only thing is i am having a cat put in the downpipe still and getting the extra 02 bung for the wideband is this one any good
It bolts right up, mine is the 1.75 inch primaries, high flow cat and extra o2 and in bolted right up before i redid my exhaust. Then when i went to full 3 inch i just cut off the 2.5 inch flange and welded right onto the 3 inch outlet.

I like it

its an agonizing process though doing the header bolts to the head, takes a while 1/4 of a turn at a time on 2 bolts

Im looking to get a exhaust on my cobalt here in calgary, I have a 2008 2lt 2.2L . I like the gmpp touring and the magnaflow, just wondering if any of you guys have got one or know the best place to get it done for a reasonable price.

well if your a do it your selfer like most of us. you can buy the exhaust for pretty cheap online and when you get it, it doesn't take more then 2 hours - 4 if you take alot of beer breaks lol. and i'm sure a bunch of us in calgary would be more then willing to help ya out if your not the DIY type of person.

as for price i would just keep your eye out for any specials or sales that are going on and definitely check out the vendor section as most of them will carry an exhaust setup for our cars for a decent price.

oh and welcome to the site and pics of your car too.

Calgary Muffler ( Think thats who i went to haha) did an excellent job of my 3 inch from downpipe exit back, cost me $700 but was well worth it ( that was with all the pipe/new resonator, and muffler being supplied by them)

We could definatly use an install day, i have $2500 of parts waiting to be installed now. Good news is in 2 months i will have a house and we can install in the heated garage if anyone else needs some work done.

haha i saved for a long time to spend that much and the majority of it was for coilovers which are long over due, riding in my car feels like riding in a rock down the highway with my blown struts, i could have just replaced the struts but went all out for the coil overs.

Things will turn around for you.

agreed, I am thinking of getting a 2.4 intake mani, a twm short shifter, 18" st6 rims, and eibach pro plus kit, all for summer. so an install day would be great as I could use all the help I could get.
