The fiat 500 is now at chrysler dealerships in Canada! Well it has arrived at 1 dealership in Edmonton. I'm assuming it's at others as well... I might go check it out tomorrow.
I saw it on TV or somewhere in the last couple of months. I'd be willing to give it a test drive for the hell of it. Neat little car.

congrats none the less!
I have understood that being that we are citizens of a former dominion country, that moving between UK & other former dominion countries is greatly eased...
Class Racer.com
Sometimes NHRA will refactor the horsepower ratings.
At events, when classes are not too well represented the groups are put together, and generally (from my observation) all FWD cars are grouped together.
Whatever the case, you still run against a given dial in.
NHRA Classifications
2007 Chevrolet Cobalt SS/2.4L/coupe-5spd 16.75
(2863lbs & refactored for 167hp)
2007 Chevrolet Cobalt SS/SC-5spd 13.64
(2797lbs & 205hp)
2008 Chevrolet Cobalt SS/TC*-5spd 10.76
(2797lbs & 260hp; *not listed on NHRA website!?)
Then there's my Gran-dAm;
1991 Pontiac Grand Am 2.3L/coupe-5spd 16.16* or 15.57** or 13.74***
(* = not listed on NHRA website - 2910lbs & 180hp; 1990 Pontiac Grand Am SE weight rating and 1992 Pontiac Grand Am engine rating)
(** = not listed on NHRA website - 2803lbs & 180hp; 1990 Pontiac Grand Am LE weight rating and 1991 Oldsmobile Calais I-Series 'Stock' engine rating)
(*** = not listed on NHRA website - 2680lbs & 195hp; 1991 Oldsmobile Calais I-Series weight rating and 1991 Oldsmobile Calais I-series refactored 'Super Stock' engine rating)
NHRA 'Stock/FWD' class breaks;
AF/S 13.00-15.99
BF/S 16.00-16.99
CF/S 17.00-17.99
DF/S 18.00-18.99
EF/S 19.00-19.99
FF/S 20.00-23.49
GF/S 23.50-27.49
HF/S 27.50 or more
Was more impressed with the Challenger SRT8 (iirc #2/392)

Katy Perry?? (I haven't a clue whom she is, only that she's playing in the Saddledome that night)
You reminded me of Rammstein in Edmonton this spring... and Elton John too... going to have to go to a ticketmaster vendor tomorrow - the stupid system keeps trying to put me behind the stage on EJ...

Interjecting in here because I have Texans, midwesterners, and east coasters trying to tell me how MY state works lol. Ugh hate people who have no idea what they're talking about, trying to educate ME on where I live, and they have never even seen or been to lol.

Most people I talked to today don't even remember the 2004 tsunami that killed 230,000 people. Yes... 230,000. Maybe we'll see 5,000 here. Just to put things into perspective.

I do not listen to, no - I cannot stand the overproduced radio-friendly garbage whicht the record companies have seen fit to shove down the masses throats for many years now...
Granted I do also not listen to any true "indie" stuff...
Even some bands I have liked in the past, I can no longer stand because they're too "radio-friendly"...
This is a part of the reason why I don't listen to cjay...
I'd be game... but I have nothing to show you ~ seeing as I'm still bone stock.
the root problem is that every tom-dick-and-harry, thinks they know more than the next person...
So did you go check out the tsunami waves earlier today?
My mom called me earlier today saying that all the parking off the strand was closed off, but she and her friend were still probably going to watch the waves...
(I'd presume, that is of course, if the stink of fish wasn't a problem!)

Katy perry also has that annoying ProActive commercial. I'm sure you've seen her...
I was hoping I'd be able to watch the waves hit cali on CNN but i definitely fell asleep... Hopefully canada is going to go help out over there.

Bah.
I'm cynical about anything in the media...
I prefer my women down to earth, and real... instead of someone hyped because she's on tv or whatnot...
3 feet! ~ wow!
I'm glad to hear your buddy is ok.
I have a friend that seems to have lost touch with everyone within the last couple years...
Last we all heard, he was still teaching english in Japan - but he was thinking about teaching english somewhere else...
that's becasue the news is generally about the local region... silly.
