A - B = C
A = amount owed on car
B = insurance payout
C = assets leftover to buy a new car
IIRC Marks best option is to get the car fixed, so he can continue paying for it... and in the end is left with a Cobalt SS...
P.S. - the only thing "wrong" with the front end of the car is that Mark knows how to have some fun, while making his car stand out... either that or Eddie was too small.
dont forget i had to cut some of him off hahahaha at the bottom.... ya he was squashed a lil hahahah... i also used a way bigger pic in the first place.... i used the streched image in the first place, it was more wide then high....your 100% right about the payment thing i rather continue payments on that car then buy another...
i just used some base of our color, then clearcoated it with caliper clearcoat.... then the letters are stickers that i did up... get your brakes painted then stop by the shop and the decals are cheap....

should be about a week, time permitting and fitment and mounting go smoothly but the testing views should be available in a few days.
edit. currently i'm looking for wiring diagrams for proper connections

its so.... i am honestly screwed now..... i am calling lawyers, insurance companies, finance companies, my head is spinning..... coz i obeyed the law, i get no car, i have to pay a balance of 8 000, i might get injuries funds, and i wont be able to refinance, or want too.... i rather had the 100 dollar red light ticket... at least then nothing probally would have happened.... i am beside myself right now, absolutely speachless....
btw the only advice i have for you is if you loaned through vfc/ canada trust, you better read your contract.... you will find out after 5 yrs of paying the car you will not own it.... until you pay them x number of dollars.... in my case it was 12 000.... hahhahaha funny how they dont mention that when you sign the papers.... anyway, i will own a balt one day again.... not any time soon.... and i will buy it cash.... no more loans for me again, dont expect me to be in canada too much longer.... i feel a permenant vacation coming in 5 yrs.... somewhere warmer, some where cheaper....

Thats what happens when you purchase a new vehicle. You typically owe money on it.
If i were to write off my vehicle right now id owe somewhere in the range of 12k. Thats life when you purchase a new vehicle that doesnt hold it resale value well.
live and learn.
