All he is saying is he's never met either of you, doesn't know anything about you or even what you look like and it might be a little awkward so he was seeing if anyone he knows is going. I don't beleive he meant it offensively.

If that's not the case then you are thin skinned and can't comprehend what/how someone is saying something

for one im 21 and for two my boyfriend is 23 .... if you want you can stay home.
if age is a problem then some one needs to grow up. we are all adults.
