I don't know why you ask people stuff. Everytime someone answers you. You get all defensive. I know both of those guys, and they were simply stating they can't help you unless it's what they know about.

all messing around aside, the whole reason why the older civics/CRX's are used by the import crowd is power to weight ratios - those are about as small/lightweight as it gets - and iirc those cars are pretty accomidating to drivetrain swaps...

Too bad that in stock form they were sub-90hp cars (at least the ones originally sold in Canada!)...

talking about swapping drive trains... anybody have any idea how difficult it would be to swap a 5.0L v8 into a 93 explorer? its a 4.0 v6. im starting to get the off road bug again and once i get a job ill probably want a summer project since ill be living in the bum **** middle of no where lol

The explorer isn't really an off-road vehicle;
although I'm sure you can set one up to handle it - I would ask this;
"why bother?"

i used to own a 93 explorer and i think the guy i sold it to might be selling it this summer. id only buy my explorer back tho. thats why. if i cant get my vehicle back i wont do anything.

When i had my Ion 3, i was running Canuck Motorsports lowering springs, they were awesome.. nice ride, not too stiff... great price for them as well
