Ughh... open up the Kia forum and the first post I say is "I beat a Cobalt SS! (Supercharged!!!)"

The point of buying this car is that they'd be less phaggy than the morons on 8thCivic. Apparently not.

Oh and thanks for the advice Joel and tejay. I got that axle out. It only took a torch some antiseize and a hammer to get it out and like an hour and a bit of my time haha.

Dual pass and option b went on today. I just wish my intercooler pump worked so I could see the benefit of it...

Coilovers and axles went on yesterday and I installed a dual pass and option b today. I honestly can't believe how easy the coilovers were to install. the meth and TVS will go in some time this week depending on if I can find my stock belt. Otherwise I'll still install the TVS but with the 2.9 and baby the crap out of it until I get the tune on hopefully next weekend

Nooo fastest is their 2.4 which is about the same as our 2.4, 170 hp/160 tq or so... car is a bit lighter and has nice gearing with the 6-spd so it might be a tenth quicker, so maybe 15.3-15.4 with a good driver.

Joel said that when I drove away with his.

I did say I was done with Cobalts but I need it for work so it's looking like I'll have it till Thursday afternoon, and probably longer. First payment on the Forte isn't due till October.

too funny.

they look heavier than C-SS/2.4;
and generally the six speeds offered for FWD cars have more parasitic power loss because of the extra rotational weight...
