That sucks, on the plus side if it's in any pain it won't be any more. I'm sure she lived a good life.

Same thing happened with my dog, cept she got cancer to the leg and it swell up like a baloon. Vet said 4 months she lasted 2 years, what ended it though was the fact that she got old dog syndrom.

That sucks, definitely a hard think to go through.

like my dog is fine other than the peeing, but we cant stand it anymore. she pisses her bed EVERY night, the carpets, on the hardwood just everywhere. she has been on pain pills for the last 6 months to help her but we are just tired of always cleaning up after her. she has peed 4 times at my grandmas house today and 3 times in mine. and we are letting her out every 30 mins and my dad gets up 2-3 times a night to let her out

on a MUCH more positive note - are you still itching for SS/TC wheels?

HERE is a set you can get for a song...
one TPMS deal is busted, and contrary to the description, they both have MAJOR curb rash...
but hey - that's kinda cheap...

he offered me a REALLY low price... but considering I have (gasp!) ten already, I didn't want two more which would be the ugliest of my "collection"...

you gotta think these cars are QUITE rare, so finding SS/TC specific parts is not exactly an easy task ~ then it's also a matter of pricing.

I decided to reserve my money for bills rather than by these two... (which would have made a set for the white car btw)

email or phone me if you want to talk about it.

You have ten SS/TC rims? I think your hoarding them away from everyone .

I wish my car was 5x110 instead of 114.3 (Probably the only time anyone will every say this! ). I love the look of the SS rims.

BINGO!

then I bought two this summer* instead of repairing two locally for roughly the same price...
* = From a Winnipeg SRTC '09 SS/TC that was wrecked in the winter of 2009/2010 - which have been sitting since that time.

For the record;

1x set = winter

1x set = summer

Whoops, my brain and hands neglected to communicate there. That's what I was rolling with haha. That's quite the collection.

that is 100% correct... albeit some might argue that this is a technicality.

I bought and paid for the car less:
  • ECM
  • Grilles
  • Wheels
  • Front seats
and with, busted door panels and everything behind the rear seats, and above the floorpans as wrecked beyond repair...

I lent two wheels (for the fronts) for when the car was delivered - and the car sat for the better part of a year on rear wheels that were not mine.

I helped the former owner sell the seats - and personally delivered them to the current owner in Huntington Beach California (the guy needed money, and without my help he wouldn't have made the sale) - FYI: my sig pic was from that road trip

oh yeah, I was the guy who previously bought the wheels...
(but since that was a separate purchase months before, I just tell anyone who asks that I bought it without wheels - which is 100% true)

... and I intend on keeping two sets for exactly the reason I spelt out a couple minutes ago...

Those wheels are an unrelated matter;
another CSS.net member was selling them for a great deal - but clearly had them listed as for pickup (or something to that effect) only...
I posted in his thread something like "bump for great deal" - and he messaged me, and the deal was made...

I have used them once.

I'm glad I can entertain you guys with how I waste my money

I will respectfully disagree...

When I was a youngen... my uncle had this cool GTA (top of hte line late 1980's Trans Am) - he would complain to no end about having to pay to have hte tires dismounted and remounted every spring & fall...
even in my youth I saw the foolishness of this - I mean storing the tires alone takes up no more room than s0otring a set of wheels c/w tires...

it all comes down to what you ant to do;
if you have one set of tires for year round - then there's absolutely no need for a second set of wheels.
I can afford it (well kinda) so I have a summer set, and a dedicated winter set.

In my defense I used to have a complete set of smoke tint LSJ wheels... but I sold them last year when I bought the LNF winter rims ~ to a kid from red deer who bent one or two of his...

EDIT:

Ya I would like a set of summer rims. Mine are pretty bad with pitting. Maybe plasti-dip would be a solution to that *hint hint*

you can keep your eyes open for better deals - ones that might just require you take a small road trip...

here's what came up just now;

Kijiji 18" Cobalt Wheels

search this way;
kijiji.ca -> wheels & tires -> offering -> 18" -> keyword "cobalt" -> increase distance

EDIT: if you're patient, and have time, doing this will yield the most results;

kijiji.ca -> keyword "cobalt" -> increase distance
