If you sell your house and there was an extension on the deck for example before transfer of ownership and the pre sale inspection it will need to be inspected by an engineer provided it was extended by more than one foot.

Happened to my neighbours and the new owners ended up with the bill too.

Also inspectors do suck haha.

Excellent. Otherwise it would come down to the top deck board and if your using a different material that is thicker its a huge PITA and thinner just looks like ass haha.

All too correct. I wish I would have had time to just do it myself/had all the tools needed. Sucks when you need engine specific tools.

AWD/Turbo mostly. Strong engine, not overly expensive.

I'm thinking it had better be

Because stepping out of a 2010 Cobalt SS to that turd even as a loaner would be an imasculating event as-is... let alone a permanent changeover!

I had a 2010 Impala when my engine was getting worked on ~ and as nice as the car was, it was painful driving it compared to the Cobalt... I mean I could drive to the dealer and see it looking fine, just sitting there!

I would have been a hundred times happier driving my GA ~ but it too was in the midst of hibernation on jack-stands... and wholly undrivable.
