Yep. My iat2 on the highway would be like 145-160 lol. I was at the track before I got the interceptor gauge. I can only imagine how hot it was doing numerous back to back pulls at the end of the night. I know I tried to touch the blower earlier in the day and it burned my finger but I thought maybe it always got that hot.

Also my cat was clogged then and the insides were rattling around lol

ya my IAT2's went to 180 last summer. I put the dual pass on and swapped my pump out. I barely see 120 while cruising down the highway

Dual pass install was a bitch... Finding that hidden bolt took me like 45 minutes lol. Luckily I didn't need to go out and buy more hose since I reused the old hose with the nice bends in it for a couple parts. Wasn't nearly as hard as doing a header downpipe install by yourself tho. **** that was a head ache and a half plus claustrophobia being under my car for the first time doing something other than an oil change.

I had the midlenght. It fit but it was still a bitch to rotate and get in place. And it was ZZP's old shitty one so it took forever. 2 of the header bolt holes were too close to the primaries and u couldn't get a socket over nut to tighten it down so i had to use a wrench which would turn it like 5 degrees at a time. Then to make matters worse I found out the hard way that the bolts at the flange of the header r like welded on so I didn't have to hardware to finish it. Then it leaked like a siv and sounded ******* awful since it was a 2 bolt flange.

Oh and I couldn't get the ******* o2 sensor off the downpipe. I did everything from penetrating oil to torching it but it never loosened.

I have probably at least twenty different ones from that fifteen or so minutes...

felt the need to change it up...

the stupid 100~150 height thing screwed me up ~ I had to change it like a dozen times...

if you have a twenty dollar bill you NEED to get rid of, I'll happily accept it, but my offer was for you to have it for free...

Discussion on a possible Western Canadian Cobalt meet in 2012. Just thought you guys might want to weigh in with your opinions if you haven't seen the thread already.
