Good luck man - it's a big move for you two, but it should be a good one.

Anybody interested in buying my Blackberry pearl? It's white. I just bought the blackberry curve. It comes with a 1GB memory card too. It's a Rogers phone. Shoot me an offer.

So that wasn't anyone on here with the Black SS/SC low rise spoiler wrapped around the pole on the corner of 8th and arlington on Saturday? I thought it looked like Tyler's car at first glance but it was pretty dirty.....

Can't say i've ever seen Tyler's car dirty. Gonna go ahead a say its probably not his. Could of also just looked at the headlights and that would give it away.

Ya that was my 08 sport. Didn't hit a pole for the record. Was goin through a yellow and some lady turned in front of me on a yellow. Anyways didn't see each other cuz some big ugly ford was in the way and we hit corner to corner. Not good times but no I definitely did not hit a pole! I just ended up close to the sidewalk after gettin shmucked but didn't hit the sidewalk. This friggin sucks

Ha ya I wish. How hard is it for one of these cars to get totalled? Wasn't a straight on collision but I'm just scared somethin will be messed in the frame. I dunno

When I got hit at a yield sign it took a lot to total it. It was about 3 weeks old though. It was barely recognizable. Passenger side was smashed almost to the drivers side and the front end was about half the size. Airbag went off and drivers rear panel was trashed. SGI still said it was close to being able to be fixed.\

Just an FYI on what happened... Lady ran yield sign when it was glare ice going about 70, her back end swung around and hit my side, and pushed me in to a tree and fire hydrant. LOl.
Anyway, good thing you are okay dude... replacement insurance?

Thanks guys. No i don't have replacement insurance. From what i could see at the time well bumper of course is shot, possibly hood, probably both headlights, drivers side spindle for sure, and i was pissin antifreeze and rad was crooked. Airbags didn't deploy, but it it was saying service air bags or somethin like that. And I'm sure there was some other stuff that was crushed under the hood. Car was still running after it happened but i guess u can't tell a whole lot from that.

coulda sworn that was an sc but I didn't get a very good look at the accident. They will probably fix it from what i saw but the airbags may push it over the top.

Ya see I dunno why it said service air bags. I guess it wasn't enough to set them off thankfully, but I'm sure they need to be checked to make sure they are functional.

I believe there are two stages required to deploy the airbags.... I had a similar thing happen in my sunfire gt. Had to replace the airbag sensors and a few other related parts but not the actual airbags. I don't know if it's the same as the cobalts but in the sunfire/cavalier if the airbags deployed you will be replacing a windshield as well.

Well, thanks FlatGod for letting me watch you cut your face on your headlights (and for letting me see the Dual-Pass install)!

I'll keep my pics handy and when you send me yours, I'll post 'em in the dual-pass how-to thread.
