i guess for speeding they can't do anything without radar, but racing or reckless driving a whitness will do. i hope you get your complaint settled soon.

No... you have it backwards. Give me a TC and a few days with HPT and it'll crush a stage 2 balt. I've never looked at the TC config in HPT so I'm speculating of course but i'm pretty sure it will.
