Your lucky you split early... you didn't have to deal with those idiot cops.

So what's the deal? Cops showed up and booted you guys? That's lame. You all should have gone and bought an ice cream cone, then they couldn't have booted ya.

Yeah, that's pretty much how it happened.
The sad thing, is the owner wasn't even complaining either.

Scott went and bought ice cream.... the rest of us decided to split. I had to roll to the Fox anyways.

Anyone else see that yellow SS/SC with the stickers in the back window and a few in the other windows around town? Ran him from the last set of lights heading west out of town starting from behind him and passed him by the time i went to shift into third. Winter tires spin pretty good in 1st and 2nd this time of year but it sounded like he had some stuff done to it, didn't care much for the sound of the exhaust though.

yeah he has a few posts on here. he has an intake, vibrant header, and a magnaflow catback. he also has some 20 inch wheels that dont help him out much. with my 3 inch and my exhaust i pulled on him near the end of 3rd.
did you get your car back?

oh and he has a video or 2 of me showin him how its done

Got my car back yesterday but didn't get to drive it since Iwas studying. Transmission feels great, doesn't "seem" to be leaking coolant although the coolant light came on once briefly but I think just needs a bit of a top up. My problems are still not done, when my gf went to pick up the car she freaked on them cause there were a bunch of scratches on the drivers side. So i guess they quickly ran out and buffed them out. She brought it home i noticed the windshield is all scratched up like it was buffed with rocks or something and were the fenders meet the hood has a bunch of paint chipped off..... Best dealership ever.

Raise your hand if you've never had to take your Cobalt in for warranty/service work...

Unfortunately, I have... within the first 2 weeks...
Fuel pump connector. Not like they could really screw up on that, right?

I did have an orange reflector in one headlight. It wasn't supposed to be there.
Then my serpentine belt blew up... that wasn't cool. But i was running the whole time!

The 07 SS SCs headlight casings don't come with orange "reflectors" they come with orange bulbs.
Compare, left side has the "reflector", right side has an orange bulb. Well, actually both came with orange bulbs, but the one was hidden behind the orange thing.
