Sideskirt Damage

Holy **** can I not win lately......now i have a scratched and cracked sideskirt after my douche bag land owners won't repair the potholes in our lot and I happened to fall through an ice covered one.

Got a couple questions though.......

1.Can I sue the land owner? (Cost of each of the 14 plastic tabs holding on the sideskirts cost $5/each alone)
2.Are the SS sideskirts different from the SS/SC?
3.Anyone in Saskatoon know a good plastic welder that isn't gonna cost me a fortune?

1) I think you can. Land owners must maintain their property as to not cause damage another persons vehicle (or whatever). Kind of like if you hit a pothole in a store parking lot.
2) I'm pretty sure that the SS/NA skirts are the same as the SS/SC
3) No clue. I like try to deal with metals only...

1. I don't think so. Given the time of year, potholes are in abundance, you'd have a hard time pleading your case.
2. From what i understand, the sides are the same yes, just the front and rear lips are different.
3. no, I only know hack's, and they're exspensive. lol

I cracked the one on my 04 redline. I pulled it off and fiberglassed it up and painted it myself. Not sure what the paint cost me on it though.

Let me know how that scaling works out for you....
I haven't really had a chance to look into it yet, but it seems pretty straight forward.

Yeah it's gonna be new for me with the whole scaling thing but I'm excited to try out some disc style injectors. FYI i wouldn't recommend a 2.75" pulley on these 42's incase anyone is considering it. It's gettin pretty scary even with my 6200 rpm limiter right now but this pulley sure makes the car fun.

Did that nice interest rate drop give you some house hunting inspiration?

I was going to start looking/putting in offers already anyways. The drop in rate was just a bonus.

Get yourself a good Realtor (i can recommend a few if you want) to meet with you, and setup a first time home buyers profile. They go through it all step by step how it works, find out your budget, likes, dislikes etc, and then you'll start looking. My agent sent me a link within 2 hours of our meeting, listing all the condo's that are actively available, in my price range, and the area I want to live. All I do is select the ones I want to view, and he sets up viewing schedules.

It was a trying process for me to get approved for a decent mortgage on single income, but in the end I was able to get approved for up to $230K. The lesson I learned from it, was avoid the bank and go straight to a mortgage broker.

Well depending what I buy, I might be looking for a roommate, lol. But you are buying as well so i guess renting is out for you.

MLS.ca and saskhouses.com are both good sites for browsing, but you don't really know everythign that's out there until you get an agent. They have access to everything on the market, wether it's listed online or not.
