everything should be in except for the header/dp and exhaust...those will probably arrive the week after the meet iiunno. I just checked the tracking status, TVS arrived in edmonton at 3:40am this morning so it should be out for delivery today. The engine mount should be here also. The rotated mounts should have shipped yesterday or today (josh called me and said they had no upper mounts so he had to wait to get it in before he could ship them) The boost gauge i already have. The header is made, the exhaust is half made (CIA just needs the resinator and exhaust tip) and they r waiting for parts for the downpipe. Thet said they might get it shipped this friday or monday.

Today i have to do my out of province inspection so i had to cut the HID's out of my wiring harness and put the wiring harness back into the stock headlights, also had to strip the tint off my tail lights. So today after the inspection i need to re-wire the HID's...get my Gen 1's re-installed into the car. Re-tint my tail lights (might debadge the trunk...havent decided) Then im taking the car to get the 2 front windows tinted.

Ok so unfortunely the post office people are retards and didnt deliver my TVS today, They said it should be here tomorrow but im Duty Driver at the base so i have to work at 8am and i dont come home until Saturday morning. Anyways today i got the M62 out...accdently somewhat broke the fuel rail. Its not broken but a piece came off that shouldnt have. Fuel rail is fixed tho. Couple people were saying i should get the dual pass to keep the heat down but i dont want to get that right now so i decided not to go with the 5gph nozzle for meth and just go to 7gph. Boy was that a bitch to get that nozzle in my intake. Also my boost gauge came in the other day. Having a small issue with it though. On the m62 i was hitting 130kpa (18psi)...this one is a SS/TC gauge (30psi)...and it says im hitting 25psi...so i somehow gotta recalberate it.

So heres a few pics of whats done so far.

This is the new boost gauge, thinking it should read 0psi when its not installed?

2.8 Pulley

M62

Exhaust manifold gasket and downpipe to exhaust gasket

the maf sensor, had to dremel it down so the TVS will fit. Picture makes it look like a shitty job but its not as bad as it looks

isnt it the same gauge as yours jody or is yours kpa? And Silver Bullet, thats where i got it from. Will the turbo charge sensor work on the supercharger? Got the idea of swappin gauges from Wicked...he was one of the first guys to get the TVS and he made a FAQ page and stated that u will need a TC gauge...but no one else seems to be having this issue.

it should work on the sc its out of wack cause the 20 and 30 psi gauges have the same range of sweep so thats why u need the other sending unit thats matched to the 30 psi gauge

Anyways my TVS finally arrived and so did the engine mount. Got a email from OTTP. My Rotated Tranny Mounts shipped yesterday and just enterd Winnipeg so i should have them for the meet (if i can get them installed. Anyways heres some pics...ill have more up later once i get the tvs installed.

Looks awesome man. Can't wait to see it when it's done and you get some vids/dyno numbers. I'd also recommend stage 2 axles and rotated mounts if you're going *****-out with this thing.

rotated mounts are about 2-3 days away from being deliverd..lol Axles will come later on when i get more money. Same with engine internals

Anyways heres the progess i got done so far...almost done but i dont know if i can finish it today.

TVS just bolted in the car. (2 lower bolts were a bitch to tighten)

Belt was a bitch to get on cuz the 15mm part for the tentioner is stripped...but i took a tire iron, pushed the tentioner down and then stuck a 14mm socket between the tentioner and part above it to keep it down while i get the belt on...worked pretty good.

Almost everything hooked up

But then this happends....went to canadian tire bought a 14mm bolt and im going to drill the holes in it...thats what james did so hopefully i can do it.

thats what a couple people told me but TTR and OTTP said it would be fine, TTR said they only like 1 person have issues with both in at the same time but many others didnt have a single problem. I'll find out when the time comes, just trying to drill holes in a bolt to make it a banjo bolt...was going good but now i snapped the drill bit in the hole so i have to start over on a new bolt. If i can solve this problem today then ill defently have the car running, wont be really driveable without the tune but that will come next week

checked all the dealers and wreckers? in edm and calgary and red deer? some one must have a new fuel rail and that bolt. of all the cars comin to the meet, yours and matts were the ones i was most interested to see. there must be a part somewhere in this province. being you guys are in deadmonton and i'm in cowtown those two cars are the ones i want to see for sure man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yea monday im going to check out a few salvage yards to see if i can get a fuel rail off a cobalt or a ion...they both have the same fuel rail. Also if i can find a wrecked cobalt im pretty sure i can get a banjo bolt. Tried to make one today...was almost done and the drill bit snapped and got stuck in the hole...i was pissed because i did a really good job for making a banjo bolt out of a actualy 3/8 X 1 1/2 bolt...lol. But yea. Tomorrow im going to install the engine mount and put my tail lights back on (had to tint them again after the inspection, came out pretty good except for the little pieces of crap that got stuck to it...but either way its good.

On the plus side. UPS claims my rotated mounts will be here on the 16th so hopefully i can get the car into a shop to get them installed to get me better times on the track (if the car is ready) If its not and its ok with chad and everyone else im bringing my bike and going to race the bike for the first time. But i really hope the car is ready.
