i wish we woulda all knew who everyone was. i wanted to meet certain people, but had no idea who they were...no one was at their cars the whole day. i didnt leave my tailgate party much, so its mostly my fault.

 

ya i know. i knew who some people from other city's were but not many. but the people i did meet were all really nice and all that stuff

 

Yeah, I hung around there for awhile, just kinda made my rounds.

 

agreed, i meant to come meet you. didn't know who you were. got to meet some people thou. you almost need the whole weekend to have enough time to meet everyone. regardless it was one of the best car meets i've been to. i usually go to a few meets a year, thx to everyone and lookin forward to the next time we all get together.

 

I think we all gotta get together again sooner than next year.

Like 28. But the humidity brought it to the mod to high 30s, which is DEFINITELY felt like.

Ya.. 28.4 and humidex of 33... it did feel around 30+ to me though, closer to 35 imo.. I like the heat and that **** was just getting to be too much for me lol. The sun feels much stronger than it did 20 years ago, that's for damn sure.

 

Yeah, I went out and bought sunscreen today, on a trip to Nakusp, BC here tomorrow. Five years ago, SPF 60 was unheard of. That scares me.

that weather station is in the middle of a feild at the airport. my car was reading 35* on the return lane, and 40-45* sitting in the staging lanes

either way i'm still recovering from my sunburns that day lol. i'm not as red anymore though thankfully

 

I say for the next meet, we should make it land on a long weekend and have a big camp out (or tent or whatever). This way we can all meet each other talk cars and just shoot the **** and party. And then plan like some mini golfing and go cart racing and other fun stuff like that (or another drag racing thing if the price is right). And if it's hot we could all just find a river or something semi reasonable near by........ Thoughts anyone?

Hey boys, thanks for the killer meet. I had a blast at the meet and dam and myself just missed the storm on the way home . Sorry to hear that you guys didn't party it up all night. I have been super busy the last couple of days with work and all.... Things have slowed done now that I put an inch and a half barbed roofing nail through my thigh. Can barley walk so time off work woo!!!
