Looking to buy 2010 SS Turbo

Hey guys,
I'm new here. I'm currently looking at buying a 2010 SS Turbo.
I live in Nova Scotia. I'd like to be able to drive it through the winter.
Just wondering if anyone drive theirs in the winter? or any feedback/advice?
Anything helps!

Thanks

welcome! I drive mine all year long, just make sure you get a good set of tires and dont floor it and you will be ok. Never been stuck yet.

you guys probably get a lot more snow than we do down here, so it might be a good investment to buy some snow tires for the front. I have never needed anything than a good set of all seasons personally.

awesome! good to hear!
I definitely plan on getting a (good) set of winters worked into the deal.
It'll be my first turbo experience so I just wasnt sure if there were any issues with the cold weather and such.

They are great winter cars, the only issue is they are low to the ground. So clearance is an issue, but thats for any car really...

Same as any car, drive it sensibly, and you shouldn't have any problems. I'm only about an inch or so off the ground, and I've never been stuck. I know dxdean3 bought his sc last winter and it came with summers on it, and he never had any problems.
