1 more dumb question....I've been told that our speedo's aren't really accurate after a certain speed because somethin about the speed sensors can't configure that fast or something like that. I know I'm wording that wrong from what I've read, but is that false as well?

No speedo is completely correct.

Motorcycles have it worse.

This wasn't a small curve, it's probably stretched out for 1/8 mi. and it's not that tight of a turn. I guess it was tight enough tho cuz if I woulda turned the wheel just a little more, i prolly wouldn't be here right now cuz I could feel the oversteer coming on. I can handle that turn just dandy at 120-130, but 150 is too much. I was trying to catch up to everyone else I was cruisin with, but their cars were much faster than mine lol

Removed the govnor off the cobalt, had that going 260kmh. Had my ZX6R going 270kmh past the cops and my new Z...had that up to 200kmh

i max out my ss/sc atleast 2-3 times a week on the drive out to school every morning. its been around 155 - 160mph. which is i think 250 - 260kph.

i got my 2000 mustang gt up to 167ish and my 50th ann. yamaha R6 topped out at 172mph!
but for my balt only 130ish.

Had the z06 up to 185, had the balt up to 155, whats scary is at 150 the balt is solid where as my vette felt like it was floating lol

105-110MPH on the way to sonic in my G5... Got scared and bailed out. Ive only had a drivers license for a month though, so I have the right to be scared.

yeah thats what i love bout this car, its so stable at that speed, like u can do more. (suspension-wise)

kinda the same thing as my bike...in a weird way i found it safer on my ZX6R then in my Cobalt at those speeds. Then again the bike is like a bullet at those speeds when you are hugging the tank and behind the windscreen
